2008 2009 S6 is a luxury wagon committed to offer you a refreshing driving
experience. Comparable vehicles in the marketplace to the 2008 2009 S6 include the BMW 3 Series, the Saab 9-5, and the Volvo XC70. The S6 is equipped with a standard 4.2-liter, V8, 340-horsepower engine that achieves 15-mpg in the city and 21-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard. The 2008 2009 S6 is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury wagon, available in one trim only, the Avant. The Audi S6 comes in a variety of trim packages. In mid-model year 2008 2009 there will be a new model, the RS6 Quattro, which has a massive 460-hp twin-torbo V8. This is coupled with Audi's new Dynamic Ride Control system which is designed to control body movement in fast cornering. It will have an automatic transmission with steering-wheel shift "paddles," 18-inch wheels, and specific trim inside and out. Audi is only planning on producing 990 units through December 2008 2009.
