The
'08 Acura MDX proved its magnificence with power and productiveness.
There are some nice trim package
offerings this year and the new Acura MDX still carries the ample
3.5-liter, V6, 260-horsepower engine coupled with the 5-speed automatic
transmission with overdrive. The five trim levels range from the Sport
Utility to the Touring Pkg w/Navigation and Rear DVD, with the new
Touring Package w/Navigation and Rear DVD being brand new this year.
All in all, the Acura MDX is still one of the nicer SUVs in the marketplace
and this will probably continue on for the forseeable future. Acura
has made a solid commitment to this market niche and has a very loyal
following.

The '08 MDX is a 4-door, 7-passenger luxury sport-utility, available in 5 trims, ranging from the Sport Utility to the Touring Pkg w/Navigation and Rear DVD. Comparable vehicles in the marketplace to the '08 MDX include the BMW X5, the Land Rover Range Rover, and the Volvo XC90. Both trims are equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 260-horsepower engine that achieves 17-mpg in the city and 23-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard. The '08 Sport Utility is a carryover from '07. The Touring Pkg w/Navigation and Rear DVD is all-new for '07.
